Happy 4th!

I’ve decided this picture is neither an accurate representation of  the food I actually ate, nor does it convey the amazingness that it was. What was it, exactly? you ask. It was an amazing pepper and Asiago sausage (so full of flavor and spice) some sauerkraut straight from the can and some roasted onions all topped with feta crumbles. Was this very American? No, it was obviously inspired by the motherland, Germany (the mother land of our family, that is). But did the awesome taste make up for the lack of patriotism? You bet.
